When you have a specific piece of work that needs senior, independent advisory - digital due diligence for an acquisition, a governance framework build, an AI policy review, or a strategy sprint. Scoped together up front; fixed price, fixed timeline.

Monthly retainer
For leaders who want a senior independent voice on emerging-tech decisions over time. Monthly check-ins, ad-hoc strategy support, board/exec briefings, and pressure-testing of major decisions before they're made. Most clients move into this after a workshop or project.

Fixed-fee where we can
Workshops and most projects are fixed-price. You know what you're paying before we start. Hourly billing is the exception, not the default.

Kat does the work. No partner-shaped sales pitch followed by junior delivery. The person you meet is the person doing the thinking.

Independent and commission-free
We don't take vendor commissions, partner kickbacks, or referral fees. If we recommend a tool or partner, it's because it fits - not because it pays.

If a workshop gives you everything you need to act internally, that's a success - not a missed upsell. We'd rather you come back in 18 months for the next thing than feel locked in now.

If there's a fit, we agree on the path - workshop, project, or advisory - with a written proposal: scope, deliverables, timeline, and fixed price.

Half day to several weeks
Workshops are delivered in a single session. Projects run in agreed phases with regular checkpoints. Advisory rolls month-to-month.
